THE BLUE card gives you a 5% discount on your accommodation.

It can be obtained free of charge upon registration in the Bonus Programme at the reception.

*The card will be issued only at check-out.

SILVER Card gives 5% discount on hotel and spa services, restaurant menus and is valid for Early Check-in/Late Check-out service (subject to availability on check-in/check-out).

Card is issued for the accumulation of more than 15 nights at the hotel by direct booking.

GOLD Card gives 10% discount on hotel and spa services, restaurant menus and Early Check-in/Late Check-out policy (subject to availability at the time of check-in/check-out).

The card is issued after the accumulation of more than 50 room nights in the hotel by direct booking.

Each guest is eligible for the Programme subject to the hotel's Basic Rate, for direct bookings.

*Discount cards are valid for individuals only, for direct bookings.

*The discount card is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.

*When booking through online aggregators, tour operators or travel agents the benefits of the card do not apply.

*The validity period of the card is 2 years from the date of the last stay at the KRISTALL Hotel & SPA.
