Rules of participation and program details
  • Anyone can become a participant in the Program by registering in their personal account on the website kristallspa.ru or filling out a form at the hotel reception.
  • After registering a personal account, the Guest becomes a member of the “Kristall Hotel & SPA” Loyalty Program. The loyalty card number is virtual and will be automatically linked to the guest's phone number and name in the booking system.
  • When paying for your stay, you receive bonus points and accumulate them on your personal account. These points will be awarded on the 3rd day after departure. Upon registration you will be awarded 500 welcome points.
  • 1 point = 1 ruble.
  • You can find out the current account balance in your personal account or from the hotel reception service by sending a request to booking@kristallspa.ru indicating your full name.
  • As you move from one program level to the next, the number of privileges provided increases. The transition occurs automatically when the required number of nights is reached.
  • You can use the accumulated bonuses in your account on your next booking or continue accumulating them further.
  • Accumulated points can be used depending on your status. Points expire after 18 months.
  • Discounts on accommodation and other privileges with loyalty cards are provided only in case of direct booking on the official website www.kristallspa.ru, by phone 47-52-52 or email the hotel booking@kristallspa.ru indicating your full name. (without the participation of intermediaries - travel agencies, companies, tour operators, Internet portals, ONLINE booking systems, etc.). Bonuses are accrued only in case of direct booking.
  • Loyalty card discounts and privileges do not apply to group stays.
  • Discounts under the program cannot be combined with discounts on other special offers and promotions of the hotel.
  • Discounts under the loyalty program cannot be combined with discounts for corporate clients at corporate rates.
  • Free Early check-in (for Gold category and above) is provided if possible from 13:00, subject to availability on the date in the comments to the booking, indicating your loyalty level.
  • Free Late check-out (for Silver category and above) is provided if possible until 14:00, subject to availability on the date in the comments to the booking, indicating your loyalty level.
  • Room upgrades (for Platinum categories and above) are provided whenever possible for the entire stay.
  • Cards for restaurant and spa discounts are issued only at the time of stay and must be returned upon departure. The cost of restoring a card in case of loss is 500 rubles.
  • The Loyalty Program participant card is not transferable to third parties.
  • The terms and conditions of the loyalty program may be changed by the hotel at any time without prior notice.
